How It Works
Easy as 1 , 2 , 3
A typical meal prep plan cosists of 3–4 dinners per week and 1-2 snacks if you so choose.
Preparation sessions are simply billed at a flat rate with ingredients paid for separately.
Your chef will prepare all meals in your home in one day, and leave you with re-heat instructions. Meals can be prepared off-site and delivered for an additional fee.

Consultation
First, you and your chef will have a free, no-obligation consultation over the phone, via email, or in person. To decide what kind of menus would be ideal for you, you and Louisiana Lindsy will talk about your dietary needs and/or restrictions, taste preferences, and culinary style.

MEnu Development
Next, Lindsy will conduct research, plan menus, and create a personalized meal plan based on your needs. After completing your menu, an email will be sent for your approval .After the menu has been approved by you and Louisiana Lindsy, your service date will be confirmed.Your chef will hand-select the finest, freshest ingredients available for preparation on the morning of service.

Go Tiime
Finally I will arrive at your home with all of the necessary ingredients. Each meal is freshly prepared in your kitchen according to your preferences. Your personalized meals if choosing meal prep, will be packaged, labeled, and stored with detailed care instructions. Your meal is now ready for you to enjoy on your terms, and on your timetable.Your kitchen will be cleaned exactly as the chef found it.
