Lindsy grew up in the heart of Acadiana, a small rural town in South Louisiana where food was more than just a meal—it was a way of life.

With a degree in hospitality management and an insatiable curiosity, she set out to explore the world, eating her way across the U.S. before venturing to Thailand. Living in the moat-enclosed city of Chiang Mai, she immersed herself in the vibrant markets, searching for the perfect Khao Soi and indulging in the creamiest coconut ice cream. It was in Asia that her passion for cooking truly flourished, as she experimented with bold flavors and unexpected ingredients.

But no matter how far she traveled, her roots always called her home. South Louisiana was the foundation of her culinary journey—the “sand” that formed the pearl of her craft. Her earliest lessons in the kitchen came from her mother and grandmother, who taught her not only the techniques of generations of Cajun cooks but also the warmth and hospitality that make every meal an experience. They showed her how to cook with what’s fresh, local, and on hand, and most importantly, how to create food that makes people say, “Wow, I need more of this!”

After 20 years in the restaurant industry, Lindsy has turned her love of food into Louisiana Lindsy’s Catering & Personal Chef Services. Inspired by her travels, lifelong learning, and deep Southern roots, she now brings people together over unforgettable meals—whether it's an intimate dinner, a festive gathering, or a wedding feast.

She can’t wait to share her passion for bold flavors, global comfort food, and heartfelt hospitality with you.
